He weighs i think 10 or 11pounds...i.e he was born 3.6 and is now 5 something kgs. so he is definitely doing a whole lot of growing. And breastfeeding!
I have been slack with documenting his first few weeks, but its really His fault. He just seems to be feeding non-stop. Thus the healthy weight gain!
He is definitely over the newborn look, he's filled up nicely and beginning to smile and stay awake longer.
He is alert and look around at colours, curtains and shapes.
He recognises me now (as the coolest person in the world of course:) and stops when a new voice is in the room.
Maeva adores him. She cuddles, caresses his head and LOVES it when i place him on her back.
She is a very proud big sister.
However, I had a scare in week 3 because I came to the room and she had placed the blanket completely over the bassinet. He was fine but I had to tell her gently not to do it again. She meant well though.
She also shut the door at one point because she didnt like his screaming.
hmmm, fair enough.
Me
I'm feeling back to normal again but tired still. I am not ready to study yet becaus i am tired. but definitely better. I have been able t take baby places again. and socialise. Sebas already has wee friends, like Sienna (natalies daughter) and Laura's son.
Also we see Anamaria a lot. Teu's daughter. and Lale Peter (Wanda's boy)...so lts of friends already.
we have yet to visit Chafrlotte's twin girls.....we will do that when we recover from the cold.
